Great experience, our first one cracked as soon as I emailed it was replaced in days. Experienced wonderful customer service so understanding and happy to replace as I love them so much. Our LO is 21mths old and uses them with no problems at all and have been fabulous at daycare to keep water cool. Highly recommended!
AustraliaI think this bottle is great - it doesn't leak at all, my kids instinctively knew how to use it right away, and ever since it has arrived, they have been drinking water non-stop. I have found it somewhat cumbersome to clean but perhaps I don't have the right tools. The biggest drawback I see, and other reviewers have said the same, is that the cap is not in any way attached. My kids start school in a week and I won't be surprised if a week later the caps are lost.

AustraliaPens are easy to come off and get on hands easily. There’s no point drawing on the bottle and then get them all over your hand. Bottle itself is great. Perfect size for my son.
AustraliaMy daughter loves the colourful design of this bottle, and the non-spill drinking spout is a real plus. Only slight negative is the fact the cap detaches completely when opened for a drink (rather than ‘flipping’ open), meaning younger ones will probably misplace it without supervision. Overall a great drinking bottle that I have recommended to friends :)
