AustraliaI don't always use the cuddler but it is better when you use it for these two reasons: 1. It cushions the bottle if you drop it. (protects the bottle but also could save your tiles or a broken toe) 2. It cushions the noise when it's dropped. Which is great when your child likes to knock it over 500 times a minute You do have to be careful when you fill your bottle up to dry the outside before putting in the cuddler as I have had them go mouldy in the past due to a lack of vigilance in this area.
