AustraliaOur family of 4 will never purchase any other brand. They are so well made, and keep our water cold, we just replace as needed, I estimate we get approx 2-3yrs from a bottle, and change the lids/cuddlers every year or so. They are easy to clean, no fiddly parts. We've only ever had a few issues, and Ecococoon have always sorted it straight away. We are hard on the bottles and they get pretty dinged up with all the activities we do, but they take it well. Also, the last 2 times we've bought a car, we take our bottles to check they fit in the drink holders, because it's a deal breaker if they don't fit Mazda won out over Hyundai and Nissan last time I tell anyone who asks about them how good they are, and converted my best friend who drank from plastic water bottles to Ecococoon. So thank you for making a product
