Ecococoon Now Available for NDIS Participants

We're excited to announce that Ecococoon is now an unregistered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS). We can assist individuals with both Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS plans.

What is an NDIS Unregistered Provider?

Many small businesses and service providers choose not to register with the NDIS because the registration process equires significant time and financial resources. These businesses, like ours, are known as unregistered providers.

Self Managed NDIS Plans

A Self Managed NDIS plan allows participants to take full control of their funding and services. With this plan, you have the flexibility to choose, organise, and pay for the services you need, as long as they align with the goals outlined in your NDIS plan.

Plan Managed NDIS Plans

In a Plan Managed NDIS plan, a registered plan manager assists participants in managing their funding and services. The plan manager takes care of selecting, purchasing, and handling the financial and administrative aspects of the plan on the participant's behalf.

How to Purchase Ecococoon Products Using Your NDIS Plan

For Self Managed Participants

1. Pay Upfront and Process Your Own Claim

  • Add your items to the cart on our website, proceed to checkout, and make the payemnt
  • Complete the Invoice Request Form below, and we will send you a full copy of the Tax Invoice with your NDIS details for the claiming processing.
  • Once your psyment is finalised, a copy of the orderr tax invoice will be emailed to you.

2. Place Your Order and Claim Before Paying Us

  • Complete the Order Request Form Below, Listing the items you wish to purchase and their colour and quanitities. Please include the shipping address.
  • We will email you a full tax invoice for the items you requested. Us this to make your independent claim. After you recieve the claim funds, you can pay us, and we will ship your order.

For Plan Managed Participants

  • Complete the Order Request Form Below, Listing the items you wish to purchase and their colour and quanitities. Please include the shipping address and Plan Managers details.
  • We will lodge the tax invoice directly with your Plan manager for payment. The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the iems are reasonable and appropriate for your specific NDIS plan.
  • Once your purchases are approved and payment received, we will send you a confirmtion email and dispatch your order promptly.
