All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from our warehouse in Brisbane using Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a shipping confirmation and your tracking number. You can then track your parcel via Australia Post.

Please note: Your parcel will be left at the front door/letterbox, unless you notify us on your order otherwise.

If you require your parcel in a rush, we recommend you choose the Express Post Delivery option.

Peak periods (eg: Back to school periods and during promotions), your order will be dispatched within 4 working days. Please allow plenty of additional time for delivery of your item.
