Welcome to EcoCocoon.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you access ecococoon.com.au or purchase products from EcoCocoon through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About EcoCocoon

EcoCocoon is an Australian business offering reusable lunchware, drinkware, food storage and related products.

Throughout these Terms, “EcoCocoon”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating ecococoon.com.au.

“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or website errors.

We do not generally receive or store your complete credit card details.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, EcoCocoon may offer discount codes, promotions, bundles, gifts with purchase or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions are available for a limited time;
• discount codes cannot be combined with other offers;
• discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases;
• promotional offers are subject to stock availability; and
• additional conditions displayed with the promotion will apply.

We reserve the right to correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion where there has been a genuine error, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Gift Cards

Where EcoCocoon gift cards are available, they are subject to the conditions displayed when the gift card is purchased or issued.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Any expiry period will comply with applicable Australian gift card laws.

9. Pre-Orders

Some products may occasionally be available for pre-order.

Estimated dispatch or arrival dates are provided as a guide and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide information about your available options where appropriate.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, costs, carriers and other delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will generally receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Please ensure the delivery information provided with your order is complete and accurate.

11. Returns & Change of Mind

Our change-of-mind return conditions are set out in our Returns Policy.

Eligible products purchased directly from the EcoCocoon online store may be returned within the period specified in that policy, provided the applicable return conditions are met.

Change-of-mind rights are separate from your rights in relation to faulty products under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Faulty Products & Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or any other EcoCocoon policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those rights.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us so we can assess the issue and assist you.

13. Product Care & Use

Please follow the product-specific care and use instructions supplied with your product or provided on our website.

Our products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Regularly inspect reusable products for signs of excessive wear or damage and discontinue use where the product is damaged in a way that may affect its safe or intended use.

Where a product is intended for use by a child, appropriate adult supervision should be provided having regard to the child's age and abilities.

We take reasonable care when preparing information for our website, including product descriptions, photographs, guides, recipes, articles and care information.

Information provided on our website is general in nature.
