Returns
We want you to be happy with your EcoCocoon purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please read our returns information below.
Purchased from a Retailer
If you purchased your EcoCocoon product from one of our retail stockists, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase in the first instance. Their returns policy will apply to change-of-mind returns.
If you believe your product is faulty, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you purchased directly from the EcoCocoon online store, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided the item:
- is unused and in its original condition;
- is in a resalable condition; and
- includes all original packaging.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns more than 30 days after delivery.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, or we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us with a video and/or photos showing the issue.- hello@ecococoon.com.au
Where the product is confirmed to be faulty or we have made an error with your order, EcoCocoon will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product where a return is required.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Product Colours
We make every effort to display our product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and display.
Minor colour differences between the product shown online and the product received are not considered a product fault. If you are unhappy with the colour you have chosen, you may return the item under our Change-of-Mind Returns policy above, provided it meets the return conditions.
