OUR RETURN POLICY

If you have purchased your product(s) from a retail store, you will need to return the item to them in the first instance.

If you have purchased any of our products within a 30-day period from our online store, and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange a return or web-store credit exchange of your purchase.

All goods returned must be in a perfect, unused and resaleable condition, together with all original product packaging (sleeves and outer box).

For change of mind, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser and you are responsible until the item is delivered and inspected.

Ecococoon will not accept returns after 30 days unless the product is defective.     

Please note that colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary from the actual colour of the goods you have purchased. ecococoon will not be held liable for colour variations caused by your computer monitor. Our return policy does not cover for issues resulting from colour variations caused from your computer monitor.

Manufacturer’s Warranty (6 Months)

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with every purchase.

All products are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 6-month warranty period. If your product is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Provide a refund or store credit

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Damage resulting from dropping, impact, or excessive force

  • Stains, mould, scratches, or cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Products that have been modified or used in ways not intended

How to make a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos and or video of the product showing the fault

We aim to assess all claims promptly and will guide you through the next steps.

Your rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
