WHO QUALIFIES AS A ‘TRADE CUSTOMER’ ?

Ecococoon conducts business primarily through our Head Office and direct with the Customer, with the help of our Sales Team, Distributors (Australia and Worldwide) and Agents.

We deliver our goods directly from our Brisbane warehouse, and for orders placed overseas with our distributors, we deliver directly from our manufacturers in China.  This means substantial savings for you and competitive pricing compared to other products of a similar nature in the market.

Trade Customers will also benefit from marketing and merchandising material including point of sales display stands, flyers, posters, catalogues, product samples, etc. 

To qualify as a Trade Customer, you must (1) be a business operator within the relevant trade sector, including either: retail, hospitality, corporate, online trade, etc; (2) have an ABN (Australian Business Number) or ACN (Australian Company Number), with the exception of overseas businesses; (3) not be a direct conflict or competition to other trade customers within your geographical area (4) accept and agree to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions of trade.

Once you have been approved as a Trade Customer, you will have exclusive access to our secure wholesale e-commerce site, and be able to browse our wholesale catalogue and purchase our products at special wholesale prices.
