    WITHIN AUSTRALIA

    For wholesale orders less than $250 (excludes GST) delivered anywhere within Australia, a standard shipping and handling charge of $30.00 (includes GST) will apply.

    For wholesale orders over $250 (excludes GST) delivered anywhere within Australia, a shipping and handling charge will apply. 

    If the wholesale order is received online, then we will provide you with a quote and you can choose the option to suit yourself. We will then send you a PayPal Invoice for the shipping component only. 

    Any orders received via email, will automatically have the best value delivery service quoted.                

     

    OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA:

    Please contact our office via email (info@ecococoon.com.au) so we can quote you on your specific order requirements.

    International orders may attract customs duties and taxes applicable to the country of destination. Applicable duties, taxes and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

    CARRIERS

    Your order may be shipped via Australia Post, Sendle or courier.  Our despatch days are Tuesday and Friday. Please note that our some of carriers will not deliver to post office boxes. Please also check destination country law to check if the item you are purchasing is forbidden or banned.

    We only partner up with reputable and reliable carriers to ensure your order is received within speedy timeframes and with no headaches. We’ll also send you a tracking number via email, so you can keep track of your order anytime.

    ecococoon will not be held liable for any loss resulting from late delivery; or any loss arising from lost, stolen or damaged items after official delivery or receipt of your order has taken place.

    It is your responsibility to advise us if your order is late, lost, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us immediately via info@ecococoon.com.au or phone 07 3374 3604 and ensure you have your order number with you during the time of your call.

    DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

    After despatch, your order should be received within approximately 7-10 working days within Australia, and generally within 10-15 working days anywhere else. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order within the specified timeframes.

    Delivery dates are given in good faith having regard to known conditions at the time of quoting. ecococoon will endeavour to meet your delivery dates, however, delivery time is subject to possible changes in carrier schedules, strikes, delays, accidents, public holidays, customs clearance, etc. ecococoon will not be held liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
