Drink Bottles

9 questions
Which size Drink Bottle should I choose?

Choose the 600 ml bottle for big drinkers and hot days. The compact 350 ml bottle suits toddlers, little hands and short outings.

How long will my drink stay cold?

Up to 24 hours, thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation.

Can I put hot drinks in the Drink Bottle?

Yes, but only with the Screw Top Lid, which keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours. Never use hot drinks with the CocoonCap mouthpiece.

Are the Drink Bottles leak-proof?

Yes, the bottles are leak-free and spill-proof even without the lid. The spout has a one valve so liquid will only flow out when sucked.

How do I clean my Drink Bottle?

Wash by hand with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft bottle brush. Rinse well and let it air-dry completely with the lid off.

Are Drink Bottles dishwasher safe?

No, please hand-wash the bottle. Dishwasher heat and detergents can damage the paint. The CocoonCap and mouthpiece can go on the top tray only.

How do I clean the lid and spout?

Take the cap apart, wash each part in warm, soapy water and rinse through the valve openings. For an extra thorough clean, soak the spout in Milton tablets or a mix of vinegar and bicarb. Let every part dry completely before putting it back together.

Why is my Drink Bottle leaking?

Check that all cap parts are in place and fitted correctly, the lid is tightened evenly, the sealing surfaces are clean, and the mouthpiece isn't split. Replace a damaged mouthpiece.

My Drink Bottle is dented. Is it still safe to use?

A dent can damage the vacuum insulation, so your bottle may not keep drinks as cold. If it's leaking, split or damaged near the drinking area, stop using it.
