The bag is designed to fit our Bento Lunch Boxes, including the Bento 5 with room for an ice brick and Snack Pots. The inside measures about 27 x 21 x 11 cm.

Yes, when stacked. How much room is left depends on whether you also pack an ice brick, bottle or snacks.

Often, yes – the bag has room for extras like a drink bottle, but it depends on what else you're packing. With a full lunch and ice brick, a bottle cover with a strap may be handier.

It depends on your ice brick, how cold the food was to start with, the weather, how full the bag is, and how often you open it. Always pack an ice brick for perishable food. Generally, cooked food and raw fruit and vegetables should stay food-safe for around 4- 6 hours.

Yes. The insulation slows temperature change but doesn't chill food by itself. Use a sealed ice brick (not loose ice) and start with chilled food.

Wipe inside and out with a damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe again with clean water. Leave it open to air-dry completely.

We recommend wiping clean for longevity. When required, a gentle machine wash on its own is fine. Air-dry only – never tumble dry.

Our original lunch bags are made from recycled polyester with a foil polyester lining and are completely PVC-free.

Our new range (launched in October 2026) uses organic cotton on the outside, an FDA-approved, food-safe PEVA lining on the inside and recycled plastic for the zippers. Everything is PVC-free.
