What replacement parts are available?

Depending on stock, you can buy:

  • Bento 2 and Bento 5 silicone seals
  • Bento 2 and Bento 5 latches
  • CocoonCaps, Cocoon Lids and Cocoon Mouth Pieces
  • Screw Top Lids
How do I know which replacement part I need?

For Bentos, count the compartments and compare with the Bento 2 and Bento 5 product pages. Still unsure? Send us a clear photo of the whole product and the part you need.

Can I buy a replacement Bento seal?

Yes. Food-grade silicone replacement seals are available for the Bento 2 and Bento 5, subject to stock. Choose the seal for your exact model.

Can I buy a replacement Bento latch?

Yes. Replacement latches are available for the Bento 2 and Bento 5, subject to stock. Order the latch listed for your model.

Are Bento 2 and Bento 5 seals interchangeable?

No. The seals are different sizes and shapes, so order the one made for your lunchbox.

Can I buy replacement Drink Bottle lids, spouts?

Yes, we sell replacement CocoonCaps, Cocoon Lids, Cocoon Mouth Pieces and Screw Top Lids, subject to stock.

Will replacement parts fit older EcoCocoon products?

All bottle lids are designed to fit across the size range.

I can't find my replacement part. What should I do?

If it's sold out, use the restock notification on the product page. If it isn't listed, contact us at hello@ecococoon.com.au with photos and we'll check what's available.
