What are Stainless Steel Snack Pots used for?

They're small containers for lunchbox extras like dips, yoghurt, fruit and thin sauces such as dressing or soy sauce.

What size are the Snack Pots?

The set includes a large pot (about 125 ml) and a small pot (about 50 ml).

Are the Snack Pots leak-proof?

Yes. The round Snack Pots are designed to be leak-proof when the silicone lid is clean, undamaged and fitted correctly.

Can I use Snack Pots for salad dressing and sauces?

Yes. The round Snack Pots are our recommended choice for thin liquids like salad dressing, oil and soy sauce.

Do Snack Pots fit inside the Bento Lunch Boxes?

Yes. The round Snack Pots are designed to fit inside our Bento Lunch Boxes.

Are Snack Pots dishwasher safe?

Yes, both the base and lid can go in the dishwasher.

Which product should I use for a hot lunch?

The Insulated Food Jar. It keeps food hot for up to 6 hours – perfect for pasta, soup and leftovers.

How long will the Food Jar keep food hot?

Up to 6 hours. For best results, preheat the food jar before use. Fill the jar with boiling water, secure the lid and leave for 5–10 minutes. Empty the water, then immediately fill with piping-hot food and secure the lid tightly.

Heat retention can vary depending on the starting temperature of the food, how full the jar is, the outside temperature and how often the jar is opened.

How long will the Food Jar keep food cold?

Up to 8 hours. For best results, pre-chill the food jar before use. Fill the jar with cold or iced water, secure the lid and leave for 5–10 minutes. Empty the water, then immediately fill with chilled food and secure the lid tightly.

How do I preheat the Food Jar?

Is the Food Jar dishwasher safe?

Yes, top shelf recommended.

How do I clean the Food Jar?

Pop it in the dishwasher (top shelf) or wash by hand. Clean the threads and rim well, and let every part dry completely before storing.
